About me

Clinical psychologist. Rigorous training. Genuine presence.

I believe in a kind of psychology that doesn't seek quick answers or prefabricated solutions. I believe in the process, in the time each person needs, and in the therapeutic relationship as a fundamental tool for change.

Victoria Silva

Clinical Psychologist · M.Sc. Psychology

I'm Victoria Silva, a clinical psychologist with a postgraduate degree in integrative psychotherapy and specialization in adult care. I work online with people in different parts of the world, mainly in situations of life transitions, anxiety, grief, identity crises and interpersonal relationships.

My training allows me to integrate perspectives from different therapeutic schools —cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic— according to each person's needs. I don't apply a single protocol; I build a unique therapeutic process with each patient.

I work in Spanish and English, which allows me to support people in international contexts, including expatriates, migrants and people in situations of global mobility.

Real presence

Each session is a space of full attention: no automatisms, no generic responses.
